For this example, let's use these numbers.

Selling 50 transactions = $275,000 of Commission

10,000,000 net sales

Based on the EXPI stock at $12.50

 

Expenses with old Broker

97/3 split - 3% split adds up to $2,430 for the year

$10,000 cap

$700 per month desk fee = $8400 (My wife and I have to pay double)

$500 E&O

$410 Franchise annual dues x 2 $820

$27,560 for the year

Expenses with EXP

80/20 cap until I pay in $16,000 then I receive 100% of my commission

No desk fee, no franchise fee

No annual dues

$50 per month technology fee includes lead gen and more = $600 per year

$420 University fee paid monthly at $35 per month for the 1st year only. 

$500  E&O ($40 per transaction)

After you hit your $16k cap, there's a flat $250 transaction fee for the next 20 Transactions  ($5000 max)
