Pros of Buying a 2015 built home vs. New Construction

The point of this Vlog is to show you the thought processes of some of our clients and WHY they are choosing a 2015 built home (slightly used) over a new construction home.  We have one development in particular that our clients are settling into and loving it! Here are some added value that the new construction homes can’t offer unless you pay a lot more:

  • Walkout basement

  • Hunter Douglas custom shades included

  • Double tiled shower

  • Jack and Jill bath

  • Maintenance free deck

  • Landscaped front & backyard

  • Terrific view with mature trees

  • Hampton Hills is super nice but it’s connected to an oven MORE Upscale development - Taylor Creek where the homes are worth $750k-$1,300,000.

When compared to Hanson, Lennar or Pulte I don’t think those Developments the prestige as Hampton Hills.
