We attended the annual eXp Realty ICON Convention in Miami together (Sean, Blanca & Victoria), and were honored to earn the prestigious ICON award for the fifth consecutive year! This accomplishment is a testament to the trust and support of our amazing clients and friends, thank you for being a part of this 20-year journey with us.

ICON Award & eXp Convention Recap

We were honored to spend time in Miami at the eXp Convention, surrounded by other top real estate professionals, learning, networking, and celebrating. The ICON status is reserved for agents who meet substantial production thresholds and uphold leadership and service standards within the eXp community.

Some builders are offering interest rates as low as 4.99%, which can save hundreds of dollars per month compared to older resale homes.

November Closing Spotlight: Minnesota Success Story

On November 3rd, we celebrated a successful buyer closing at Kristie Lane in Minnesota. Our client came prepared, had a clear vision, and moved with precision. With our team guiding them through negotiation, inspection, and closing, we were thrilled to hand over the keys to their new home. It was a reminder that even in a competitive market, the right strategy leads to success.

And even as we close this chapter, we’re excited to share: while only one property closed this month, we currently have three executed contracts underway, all in inspection so the momentum is strong for our buyer clients heading into the winter season.
