It was a sunny weekend, and Blanca and I were hosting a dual open house in Sandbrock Ranch, one of Aubrey’s most popular master-planned communities. I was holding down one listing, and Blanca was across the neighborhood in another. It was a tag-team effort, and in walks a sharp, friendly couple: Ricardo and Diana.
